RE: KAESTEL, R. #76784
I have had the opportunity to review Kaestel’s file and have administered two personality tests to him.
I am favorably impressed with Kaestel. His behavior has been consistently appropriate and his plans for
his future appear to be well thought out and commendable.
His personality tests do not reflect the levels of anger, frustration and acting out potential that appeared
before. The results of my interview with him indicate that he has adjusted many of his attitudes such that
his energies and plans are focused on production, socially acceptable activities, such as pursuing a
career in paralegal work and the law. He is a certified paralegal at this time and has done work for
attorneys while here.
I believe that Kaestel has been rehabilitated and that he would make a worthwhile contribution to society. I
recommend that he be given favorable consideration in his request for clemency.
Sincerely,
